How to Join the TBS Zoom Meeting
The instructions above were from Zoom.
For more information, go to this page on the Zoom website: Joining a Zoom meeting.
It describes different ways to join a Zoo Meeting.
I want to expand the attendee list to include people outside Mount Zion Church, but we need to control who attends.
Please do not give the Zoom link to others. They must register as described above.
Zoom has many new features, and I am planning some changes to the meeting format and output to make them more effective.

MOUNT ZION – SMALL GROUPS
I am excited to share that our Men’s and Women’s meetings are the first step in a larger plan to relaunch Small Groups at Mount Zion Church. These groups will naturally grow out of the relationships and spiritual momentum formed in our Men’s and Women’s gatherings.
WHY SMALL GROUPS?
Small Groups are essential for personal ministry, spiritual growth, and genuine connection. My experience has shown that people grow best in smaller, intentional environments where they can be known, encouraged, challenged, and equipped. But for these groups to remain healthy and unified, they must be built on a solid Scriptural foundation.
OUR FOCUS
These Small Groups will be shaped around three core priorities:
• Connection — building authentic relationships that strengthen the body of Christ.
• Discipleship — growing in the Word, prayer, and spiritual maturity.
• Leadership Development — raising and equipping leaders in a close-knit, supportive setting.
THE BIBLICAL MODEL
Scripture gives us clear patterns for healthy, structured ministry.
• Moses and Jethro’s model shows the wisdom of shared leadership and smaller relational groups.
• Jesus’ approach—the 3, the 12, and the 70—demonstrates intentional layers of discipleship and leadership development.
These models help us implement Small Groups wisely, avoiding the confusion, division, and burnout that can arise from unstructured or isolated growth.
If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. (Mark 3:25)
Our goal is unity, clarity, and spiritual strength as we build together.
Blessings,
Pastor Maurizio
